Six Canadians went on a month long journey through Indigenous Canada. Avonlea is a Chilliwack mom who was part of this group. Their experiences have become part of a three part series called First Contact Canada. Narrated by George Stroumboulopoulos, First Contact Canada airs on APTN September 11th, 12th and 13th at 7 pm each evening.
