A woman in California is suing her former boss! For what you ask?

She was fired for removing a smart phone app that let her boss track her movements 24/7!

The app was supposed to monitor if she was working while she was at work, but when she asked her boss if he was tracking when she (and other employees) was not working, he admitted it did track while not working, even bragging about knowing how fast she was driving!

She then deleted the app, as it was an invasion of her privacy, and was swifty fired after that!

She is suing for lost wages and punitive damages!

Do you think this woman should have been fired for not using the app? Should employers be able to track workers when they’re not on the job?
