This is Mike Thomas, a weather forecaster, a man who likes to have his weather forecast talked about!

It’s hard to keep up with all his Madonna references, but so worth checking it out!

He had a reason for this.. kind of, Madonna was performing that weekend in DC.

This isn’t the first time his weather has made headlines! Thomas is also the mastermind a similar Taylow Swift forecast back in July when she performed in town.
