Today we heard baout this adorable dog. Bailey is a 6 year old neutered male. He is a papillon breed, with tricoloured fur…white, red and a little black. Bailey was surrendered to the SPCA due to his owner’s illness. He is about 30 lbs (somewhat overweight) partly due to a lack of exercise but he would be a great walking companion.
