Chilliwack fire investigators say a house fire early Thursday morning looks to have been intentionally set.
Crews were called to a property on Lewis Ave just before 5am. There were people sleeping inside at the time and woke up to the smell of smoke. They were able to get out OK. There was extensive damage to the exterior and the roof.
RCMP have been brought in to help with the investigation. The residents are being taken care of by Emergency Social Services.
