Meet Tigger!

She is called a Torbie due to her tabby stripes but also tortoiseshell markings, colour variations of red, black and cream. She is approximately 10 years old, putting her in the senior category. She is still agile on her feet, but does not climb or “bounce” like a young Tigger would. Tigger is having a health check-up at a local veterinary clinic this week and then can be adopted .

Tigger is a friendly cat.  She appears to like visitors!  She will meow to anyone who comes through the door and rushes over to rub on our legs.  It can be quite the task to get things done when such a love bug is soliciting attention. Tigger rubs her cute, little chubby checks on everything displaying positive, emotional behaviour since she arrived.

The crew at the Chilliwack SPCA believes she will adapt to most any household, she seems very tolerant to activity and guests. There would be hope that the adults of the house can be observant to a senior’s future health needs.
