This is Ned. Ned is very sociable and affectionate. He enjoys lots of attention, loving to be picked up and cuddled. Ned was surrendered to the SPCA due to the owner’s living situation. He prefers to be the only cat in the house and has shown a dislike for dogs.  Ned is 10 years old, however he is just like having a kitten around. He loves to run and jump and play with his toys.
