Two men are dead after a 4×4 pickup truck plunged into the Fraser River in Chilliwack early Sunday morning.  Search and Rescue got the call shortly after 1am, and pulled the truck out of the water off Ballam Rd.  RCMP say the truck went down a nearly 20 foot embankment before going into the river.  Police say both victims were men, but their ages and identities haven’t been confirmed.  No cause has been given for the accident, although police say road conditions at the time will likely be one of the factors.
