Chilliwack Chiefs(Submitted by Jacob Bestebroer)  Aidan Pelino made 18 saves to pace the Chiefs to a 6-0 victory over the visiting Surrey Eagles Wednesday night at Prospera Centre.
The win, the second straight shutout victory for the Chiefs, improved the Chiefs to 3-2-1-1 on the season.
Offensively the Chiefs were led by a pair of goals by rookie forward Ryan Roseboom. Singles were added by Jordan Kawaguchi, Vimal Sukumaran, Brendan Riley and Olivier Arseneau.
Chilliwack lead 1-0 after one and 6-0 after two.
The Chiefs finished the night 1/11 on the power play and 4/4 on the penalty kill.
Final shots favored the Chiefs 43-18.
The Chiefs play a home and home set against the Langley Rivermen this weekend beginning Friday in Langley. The two teams return to Chilliwack for a 7pm game Saturday night.
