How do you feel about leftovers?

Survey says…on any given night more than half of us are having leftovers.  Is this true in your world?

I usually (try to ) make enough to take leftovers for lunch the next day…but in a house full of boys…I’m hard pressed to have enough left over for another dinner meal. To be honest, that only happens when I do a major batch cooking of things like pasta sauce or lasagna…and stash a bunch in the freezer. That doesn’t really count as leftovers though…at least not to me.
