chiefs homeopener sept 12-15

Saturday night was our introduction to Chilliwack’s Team for 2015-2016.  6 returning players and a host of new faces were on the Chiefs bench. Third year vet Jordan Kawaguchi will be wearing the C, flanked by defencemen Mark Esposito and Bennett Morrison with A’s. Familiar faces include defencemen Olivier Arseneau, Dennis Cholowski and Goalie Aidan Pelino.

The Homeopener did not disappoint with plenty of action and penalty minutes along with a W for the hometown crowd. The Chilliwack Chiefs hit the road for their next three games. We’ll see them back in Prospera Centre during the BCHL Bauer Showcase. The next games are Sept. 25th against Penticton and Sept. 26th vs. Victoria.
