Search called off for missing men on Harrison lake

RCMP has suspended the search for two Vancouver men who went missing Monday afternoon at Harrison Lake.

The 23 and 25 year old had been part of a larger group who were drifting on a dingy but swam off for shore.

The group paddled the dingy to shore and were helped back to their rental unit by search and rescue, but later reported that the two men never returned.

A two day search has turned up nothing, and Kent Harrison Search and Rescue will continue efforts using sonar on the lake bed.
