UFV Trades and Tech Centre hosting Open House today

The University of the Fraser Valley is hosting an all trades day today at the Trades and Technology Centre in Chilliwack.
The public is invited to an open house between 1 and 6pm to get a glimpse of everything the University has to offer to prospective trades students.
They’ll have a chance to speak to students, instructors, and professionals about all the potential career paths available.

UFV is also hosting the regional Skills Canada competition today for grades 11 and 12 students.
Students across the Fraser Valley will compete in a variety of categories from culinary arts to welding, with the top scores qualifying for provincials.
